SHOW DATES AND TIMES, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:
(Friday through Sunday)
Friday, May 20th 12pm - 6pm
Saturday, May 21st 10am - 6pm
Sunday, May 22nd 10am - 5pm
MOVE-IN: Thursday, May 19th 12pm - 8pm and
Friday, May 20th 8am - 11am
Vendors will be allowed to use their own hand trucks, dlly's and
handcarts to move-in displays and merchandise.
HAND CARRIED ITEMS being moved in on Friday, May 20th (if not
completed on Thursday, May 19th):
only allowed in between 10am - 11am.
MOVE-OUT: Sunday, May 22nd 5pm - 10pm
BADGES: Each vendor receives THREE VENDOR BADGES each
day for employees and staff personnel. Pick up badges at designated
vendor registration area at the Hall during move-in on Friday, May
20th or anything during the event. You may use the badge pickup
area as a will call for your group to pick up their badges.
Staff members can also swap badges for different shifts using the
same badge. All additional passes are $5 per event day.
FOOD SAMPLES: If you are planning on giving away bite size
food samples or 2-ounce beverage samples, you MUST follow
proper food handling requirements. Please read and comply with the
guidelines. Show management will provide stainless Steel Sinks or
dishwashing service.
COOKING: Electric, Butane and Propane gas are the approved cooking
sources in the Orange County Convention Center. You must have
a 20BC fire extinguisher in your booth. No major vapor producing
cooking is allowed at any time. Chafing dishes are allowed. If planning
on using propane - you must order it directly from the convention
center utilities department.
SECURITY: Security will be provided for the show floor during
non-show hours.
